Due to the tremendous response of this retreat, we'll be planning another one in June.

This workshop is for all makes of serger, whether you have a BERNINA, Pfaff, Elna, Husqvarna, Singer, Janome, Babylock, Brother or other brand of serger, you will overcome your serger fear and learn about your serger.

You'll learn how to thread your serger, how to select the different types of threads, needles, and stitches based on your fabric and project. You'll use most if not all of your serger stitches on different types of fabric and create a portfolio of fabrics, stitches and settings that you'll be able to reference for all your sewing when the class is over.

You'll also learn how to clean, oil and maintain your serger.

You may attend either one of the days or both days.
Day 1 deals with 3, 4, or 5 thread sergers.
Day 2 deals with 5 thread and coverstitch sergers.

Supply List:
Well running serger (This is NOT a repair class)
4 or 5 cones of thread,depending on your serger.
Basic sewing kit

Charlton Sewing Center will provide fabric and decorative threads.

Cost: $40 per day / $80 for both days.
